Postcard with a black and white picture of the 1912 record breaking snowfall on the front. Photograph focuses on the side of the house and surrounding property of Frederick W. Barteldes, president and founder of Barteldes Seed Co., covered in snow. At the bottom of the photograph "9 Record Breaking Snow March 24 1912 Photo by Lawrence" is printed in white ink. Above "Lawrence" "721 Indiana" is written in blue ink. A white border is around the entire photograph. On the back is information on the house in the photograph written in red ink.
